Terms & Conditions

MJR LION provides digital marketing, brand identity, web development, content production and related creative services. The exact scope, deliverables, milestones and pricing of each engagement are described in a written proposal, statement of work or accepted quotation ("SOW"). The SOW, together with these terms, forms the complete agreement between us.

We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our stated capabilities, conflict with existing client work, or promote content we consider unlawful, discriminatory or harmful.

Fees are quoted per project or on a monthly retainer basis. Unless otherwise stated in the SOW, a 50% deposit is required to secure the engagement and the remaining balance is invoiced against milestones or at project delivery. Retainer fees are billed in advance on the first business day of each month.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in suspension of work and accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.

Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds stated in the SOW. Additional revisions or changes to scope, timeline or deliverables are treated as a change request and quoted separately before work begins. We keep pricing for change requests transparent and never bill for work we have not first agreed with you in writing.

Upon full payment, ownership of final, approved deliverables created specifically for you transfers to your business, subject to any third-party licenses (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, software libraries) which remain governed by their respective license terms.

MJR LION retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, source files and working assets. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies and marketing materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

You agree to provide timely feedback, access to accounts and any content, credentials or approvals required for the project to proceed. Delays caused by outstanding client input may shift agreed timelines. You confirm that any materials you provide are lawful and that you have the right to use them.

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care and to a professional standard. Beyond this, all deliverables are provided "as-is" without further warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MJR LION's total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses to protect its own, and to use such information only for the purpose of the engagement. Confidential information does not include information that becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party.

Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice for material breach that remains uncured after 14 days. Upon termination, you are responsible for all work performed and expenses incurred up to the termination date. Retainer clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice.

Projects may integrate third-party platforms and services (for example hosting providers, analytics, ad networks or AI platforms). MJR LION is not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes made by third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
